Job Overview

We are seeking experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Residential Cleaners to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy helping create clean, comfortable spaces for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens for select customers.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing as needed.
• Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, including sinks, tubs, toilets, appliances, and surfaces.
• Communicate clearly with clients in both English and Spanish to understand preferences and expectations.
• Restock supplies, dispose of waste properly, and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Assist with light extra tasks when requested by clients.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly.
• Work independently or with a team to complete daily schedules while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and laundry processes.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
• Custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus, but not required.
